Cost of a new Conservatory

Pricing a new conservatory makes a quotation for a replacement roof look simple.

No two conservatories are the same because there are so many variables.

First we need to know what type of ground we are building on so that we can accurately price for the foundations.

The style of conservatory impacts on price, types of windows and doors, finished flooring, etc etc.

For a very rough idea if you work on £2,500 a square meter for a tiled roof, fully insulated conservatory it will give you an idea of the budget.

* What is included when we fit an insulated tiled conservatory roof?

Firstly we sort out all the building regulations for you.

Your roof will have an aluminium frame that spreads the weight load.

The roof will be boarded and covered in a breathable waterproof membrane.

We install the tiled roof (There are a choice of lightweight tile colours.)

The roof will have two layers of high quality insulation (160mm) with sufficient air ventilation built into the roof.

On the inside the ceiling will have plasterboard, this is then plastered to give a high quality finish.

We install a new lighting circuit and provide new lighting for the ceiling.

We will install new fascias and soffits on the exterior, new guttering and new downpipes.

Once we have finished the only thing you will need to do is paint it.
